'Toni B is back and better than ever!'
Toni B is back and better than ever! You may recognise pop sensation Toni B from former girl band destiny that had their hit single last year. Well, Toni B is back and she’s gone solo. Toni B has just released her first solo single ‘alone’ which has gone straight to number one in the UK. We met up with Toni B at the top London restaurant Giovanni’s to chat about her come back. After just 6 months from splitting up her girl band destiny, Toni B has released her new single.
We asked Toni why she decided to spilt from the former girl band. ‘It just seemed like the right thing to do at the time. I really liked making music but felt it wasn’t working with the girls so decided to go solo’. As the interview got underway Toni B told us that she is planning her new single to be released next month, and hopes that it will have the same success as her first single. ‘I enjoy working solo much more than being in a girl band, this way I have no one to tell me what I can and can’t do with my music’ (giggles). With Toni B’s new single coming up soon and one already out in the charts we asked about an album as I’m sure all you fans can’t wait!. . ‘Well, I am currently working on finishing my album which my two singles have been taken from. I’m not sure when the release date will be yet but hopefully I will be getting it to the fans very soon!’ Toni B tells us. I hope to be visiting London Manchester and other major city’s’ she told us. ‘It’s been the hardest 6 months of my life, but it’s all worth it’. Toni B also told us about the DVD she plans to make. ‘I’m planning to make a DVD about my life, how I started out and my break up with the girls. It will also feature my tour in the summer’ I’m sure you fans can’t wait to see what Toni’s life is really like!. Toni B’s new DVD will be hitting the shelves some time the end of this year and will hopefully be helping us bring in the new year with a bang!
